Fear, pain, severe anxiety, self-loathing and self-sabotage. Unfortunately, these are very common emotions felt especially by women who have been through some form of trauma, suffering or abuse – be it relationship, sexual, substance, grief or an accident.
Most often these trauma are held in our bodies and stay locked up in common places such as the hips, chest, jaw, hamstrings, shoulders and neck. If left untreated, these ‘stuck’ negative energy can manifest into physical imbalances, illness and even depression.
