3 Heart Opening Poses To Release and Let Go
Once you have found a safe and calm place, it’s time to let go of all your frustrations, resentment, grief and pent up emotions in order to start the healing process.
This letting go process is similar to cleaning out your closet of things that have not been serving you in order to allow new elements to enter that will empower you and make you feel strong again.
In this video I will demonstrate the 3 heart yoga poses you can do to release blocked emotions, become vulnerable and peel away the imaginary ‘walls of protection’ we have built around ourselves.
